Bookings:

• A booking will be reserved on the receipt of the 25% deposit

• The balancing payment for the letting is due 8 weeks prior to the agreed arrival date

• Any breakages or damage to the property will be deducted from the “cautionary” deposit

• We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of all sums will be made

• We will also retain the deposit sums should you be forced to cancel, however this will be returned upon the successful re-letting of the booked period

Additional conditions:

• Any complaints/breakages/damage etc., must be reported to us immediately, so that we can give the situation our full attention

• Please leave the property in the excellent condition you found it

• All rubbish sacks must be fully sealed and placed in the “wheelybins” provided

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property

• Well behaved/house-trained pets are welcome, but we request that they have their own beds and are not permitted on the beds or furniture

• We cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained during your stay at "Shell Seekers', including any resulting from the use of the bicycles
  

• We recommend all guests take out a cancellation insurance in respect of their booked holiday

• Occupancy is from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed

• Keys are available from 3pm on the arrival date and the property must be vacated by 11am on the agreed departure date (We may be flexible with these times if cleaners etc. can be arranged).
  

• Bedding consists of duvets and pillows (Covers/Pillow Cases/Under-sheets can be provided for a small charge)
